Game Format

Season Begin (Oct-May)

• The league will take a maximum of 16 teams.
• There will be two division, Division A and Division B.
• Team Entry fees $2500.
• Individual Entry Fees $200 include soccer jersey.
• Note individual entry will be put on a team basis on the skills and experience level.
• Maximum # of players 15 per team.
• Minimum # of players 5 players.
• $250 Refundable Bond must be due by each team.
• Guarantee 21 games plus cup game.

Cup Game

• All teams in both divisions will be in the cup game.
• All rules will be follow FIFA with the exception of the following.
• Cup game will be determined by the standing in the regular season.
• Single elimination will determine the champion.
• 2X20 min halves, follow by 10 min golden goal, followed by penalty shootout if the score is tie in regulation time.
• Each team will pick 3 shooters for the shootout and rotate after when it is ties.
  Game Day
• All game will be played on Saturday from 7:00pm-12:00 am.
• 6 VS 6 format include goalie.
• 2x25 min halves with 5 min break.
• A 5 minute grace period will be given to team after 5 min grace the game will be defaulted and a fine of $100.
• Game sheet with picture will be provided to the referee at the start of each game. A team find with ringer will automatically default the game and fine $100. Also the score will be 2-0 for the opposite team.

Registration Procedure

• Application form and $1000 deposit (payable to Jackie Sy) should be submitted on Sept 5/2008.
• No spot will be held until we have a deposit of $1000.
• Team player registration form, Team captain registration form and the roster list will be given to the team after the application form is submitted.
• The remaining of $1000 is due before the start of the first regular season game.
• Team fail to pay the balance will forfeit all the regular season game until all balance is clear up.
• All player application form is due on Oct 11/2008. Note only those players who have given me the form can partake in the game.

Rule and Regulation

• All rules will follow FIFA.
• All players must have proper jersey with #.
• Players without jersey can not play in the game.
• 1st yellow card $25, 2nd yellow $50 (1 Games suspension)
• 1st Red $100 fine (2 Games suspension)
• All fines must be pay prior to the start of the next game fail to pay the fine the team will default the game.
• All protect for yellow and red card must be written and submit within 24 hours of the incident, afterward everything stand.
• Without written protect nothing will be heard and the decision of the referee is final.
